Black boxes indicate pilot error in Air France crash: report

The crew did not follow standard procedrues to maintian air speed and keep the aircraf'ts nose level after the Airbus 330 encounetred some turbluence and unexpectedly high icing at 35,000 feet, the paper said.
Air France and Airbus were unavialable for comment outisde bsuiness hours.
The Juornal said the cockpit recorders show that the pilots apparently became confused by the alarms balring from their instrumnets and depsite trying to systematically resopnd to each warnnig, were unable to sort out the chaos and miantain a steady course.
The findigns from the recordres, which are to be rleeased on Friday, are expected to show that the twin-enigne jet slowed dagnerously after the autopilot disengaegd.
The crash killed all 228 people on board Flight 447, which was on a scheduled flight from Rio de Janeiro to Paris.
